Pacolet Solar

Pacolet has invested in development projects with Syncarpha and developed solar projects at Bushy Park and in territories accessible to Lockhart Power. Pacolet commenced its solar program in 2014 and subsequently developed ~30 projects across six states. In 2022, Pacolet became the largest shareholder of Syncarpha Capital. Syncarpha Capital, develops, owns and operates commercial-scale photovoltaic solar energy systems, ranging in size from 3 MW to 20 MW.

Apart from Syncarpha, we have also developed and own solar arrays at our Bushy Park facility and in territories accessible to Lockhart Power.

Pacolet commenced its solar program in 2014 and subsequently developed ~30 projects across six states, seven of which were sold in 2018. Among these projects, we have developed and own solar arrays at our Bushy Park facility and in territories accessible to Lockhart Power.

In 2022, Pacolet became the largest shareholder of Syncarpha Capital. Pacolet, together with Syncarpha, develops, owns and operates commercial-scale photovoltaic solar energy systems, ranging in size from 3 MW to 20 MW. In 2022, seven new projects reached commercial operations.

Our strategy is to pursue both a build/hold and merchant/sell strategy, possibly partnering with third party capital. We will continue to target traditional non-utility scale solar projects, including community solar projects.
