Since its spinoff from Milliken & Company, Pacolet has been a major owner of industrial land in the upstate of South Carolina along the I-85 corridor between Atlanta and Charlotte.  In addition, Pacolet has significant industrial land holdings along Interstate 26, both north and south of Interstate 85.

Pacolet’s land portfolio currently totals approximately 6,000 acres, and includes industrial, mixed use, single-family, forestry and recreational tracts.

Notably, in 2018, Keurig Green Mountain purchased over 200 acres in Pacolet’s master-planned Tyger River Industrial Park in order to construct a $350 million production facility. At completion, the facility will be Keurig’s flagship worldwide manufacturing center.
