Pacolet has been a significant retail office and retail investor since its founding and continues to manage and develop a legacy land portfolio of over 5,000 acres.
Pacolet’s retail portfolio peaked in size in 2015 with 18 retail holdings; however, it has been pared down in recent years, reflecting changes in the retail market and the opportunity to harvest gains.
We participate, predominantly on an off-market basis, in the Class A Office market in coastal cities with our partners. Current holdings are in the Manhattan’s Mid-town South submarket, Greenwich CT, Los Angeles, and the Rosslyn submarket of Washington, D.C.
Within the legacy land portfolio, Pacolet is acting as a master developer for several industrial and mixed use projects along the I-85 corridor in South Carolina.
