Pacolet has invested in multi-family properties in New York, Washington, D.C., Texas, and throughout the Southeast, having close to 4,000 units. This includes properties having roughly 1,000 units that have been round-tripped with compelling risk-adjusted returns. Some of these assets were developed by Pacolet and its venture partners; others were acquired, redeveloped, and repositioned; while several others were stabilized assets that were purchased for long-term stability and income growth.
Greenways & Blueways
Pacolet supports multiple greenway trail initiatives including Spartanburg’s “The Dan,” The Palmetto Conservation Foundation’s “Palmetto Trail,” the “Green Crescent Trail” in Clemson, SC, and “The Thread Trail” in LaGrange, GA. All of Pacolet’s mixed-use development projects contain sidewalls and trails that connect to one of these regions trail networks.
