Pacolet IMPACT Councils

IMPACT Councils at Pacolet and its operating subsidiaries engage fellow employees to generate ideas, be a sounding board and resource for employees and senior management, and to lead action planning for culture surveys. Councils at each location are made up of a diverse group of associates from across all divisions and levels within the organization. Each letter of IMPACT personifies a specific goal or purpose allowing councils to have a consistent vision and clear objectives.
